Vishal is correct, here. Currently the transcript window only supports closed captions in the native language of the video.
We will add work to our backlog to support transcript window with translated subtitles, thanks for the feedback!
This would be great - I'm using Stream to publish videos from our senior directors to our whole EMEA organisation. The videos are recorded in English but we have offices in a dozen different countries, so I upload subtitles in a dozen languages. People who watch videos in these countries should automatically see the subtitles in their language when they press play, instead of having to pause the video, find their subtitles, select them, then restart the video.
