Transferring Stream data regions
Is it now possible to migrate Stream data from the United States over to Canada? The blog post from September 2018 stated that this functionality would be coming, but I have yet to hear of any progre...

However there is nothing currently on the Stream FAQ documentation
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/faq#which-regions-does-microsoft-stream-host-my-data-in
Nor on the Microsoft 365 roadmap or the Message Centre. So looks like it will still be some time here. I am sure that it will be possible in the future and that Microsoft will live up to their commitment
I would possible consider raising a support ticket to ask, but also raise at the next AMA
