Testing transcript function, not showing up

Question

I have tested the transcript function a couple of times now.&nbsp; I recently posted a Skype recording with video but the People feature is not working and even though I was able to download the captions file, I have no Transcript window feature.&nbsp; I have People and Autogenerate Captions on when I uploaded the 1.5 hour long clip yesterday .&nbsp; Any ideas what is going on here?&nbsp;&nbsp;Marc Mroz&nbsp;

Pretty sure the people feature only works when you actually record the meeting via Teams / Stream, since it matches audio stream to a user, I don't think this does facial recognition etc. I could be wrong, but i just don't see how it could match you up based on a crappy profile photo etc.
