Tenant throttling
Will a Microsoft tenant being hit with throttling if there is a huge migration of Stream (Classic) videos? What is the recommended total video size threshold per migration batch to avoid the throttling?

You shouldn't worry about batch size, the platform will throttle when required. We have some theoretical numbers from platform, but they need to be tested in real world. But this should be a good starting point for throughput.
- 0.1 videos/per second/per container. Or 1 video per 10 second.
- 20 containers simultaneously can be migrated in parallel per tenant

my tenant has this stats
- 3,596 containers (3,359 are eligible - Scan Status "Completed")
- 33,797 videos (33,207 are eligible - Scan Status "Completed")
- 9.15 TB of video size
probably with the above stat the migration will take about 7 days (more hours for the migration window during the weekends and less hours for the migration window during the weekdays). what is your thoughts?- varun_tanejaFormer EmployeeLike i mentioned above the calculation is theoretical and good benchmark. The number of days is something that you can know empirically. If your customer is facing an issue in the middle of migration, please raise a support ticket with higher severity so it can be addressed faster.
