Teams - error message (video of meeting) could not be found

Hi there, 

We are using Teams to conduct meetings and are recording our meetings. Usually the recording of the meetings is saved and accessible in the Teams discussion. 

This time though, even though I can see the video is there, I get an error message when I click on it

"Microsoft Stream 

The video could not be found"

how can I see this video?? someone help please! Thank you!
