Stuck at Processing...0%

I made a recording in Teams to upload to Stream and it's stuck at "processing...0%". The recording is roughly 10 minutes long and I haven't had any issues with processing for any prior videos I made.

I can download the video but when I upload it directly to Stream I receive the same message. Thoughts on how to resolve this quickly?
