Stream "Storage Quota" Error

I have a follow up question on this...what happens to the Teams meeting recordings while Stream Storage has hit 100% mark already. Is there anyway to find and retrieve them? I am working on making some space available by deleting old videos.
Elevatekp , I am also facing the same issue . Getting the message as :"Your recording wasn't saved because you ran out of storage in stream. Delete something or ask your IT admin for more space." I need the session recording" .
I am unable to download the video as well.
Is there anyway to download or recover that video? Thanks.
