Stream only made my transcript 10 minutes long?

Hi, used Stream for research purposes and have so far downloaded successfully 17 transcript files, however my last two have only made a 10 minute transcript, anyone had similar issues and aware of how to sort it? 

The video is the correct length and it states so at the top of the transcript too!

Any help would be appreciated and save a heck of a lot of time!!

    Matt1_ I have also found that transcripts are no longer than 10 minutes.  I have uploaded videos of varying lengths and for those over 10 mins transcripts are truncated.  This must be a bug?

      younga really strange! I thought there was maybe a limit, but if others have this issue, then can't be! Let me know if you get any luck
