Stream Migration Tool Stopped Working - "We didn't find anything."

Beginning this month - January 2024 - the Stream migration tool stopped working. We had been migrating videos successfully until recently. All of the scans and migrations we were accustomed to seeing disappeared.

 

It looks like the project ID is missing and may be part of the problem.

 

The migration manager is still working in other tenants I manage so I have ruled out my corporate network. The content in question is part of a GCC tenant. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have opened a ticket with Microsoft and they have been walking me through the setup a second time with no success.

    Still no progress with my Microsoft ticket. They have give me a URL to try. https://api.prod.migrations.microsoft.com/api/projects/<enter-tenant-id>/autodiscover/tasks-async to which I receive the following:

    "message": "Resource not found"
    }

    If I go to the root URL, https://api.prod.migrations.microsoft.com/, I receive: <h2>Our services aren't available right now</h2><p>We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon.</p>

    Has anyone experienced the same thing?

      The tool has stopped working all together for me as of yesterday, I have a support ticket open which they sent me some questions about overnight but nothing since! Not like we've got a limited time left or anything
