Stream is not loading properly

It looks like something is potentially blocking the CSS styles in the Stream page from loading. In Firefox, can you try hitting alt (to show the top bar menu) and go to View>>Page Style and check if you have No Style" selected?
Alternatively is it possible that you have an add-on enabled that may block CSS?
