Stream Channel permissions

Does someone have guidnace on Stream Channel admin permissions? I am an MS vendor and I can post videos to my FTE clients Channel, but they are unable to. Assuming at some point someone made me an admin to the channel, but I am unable to grant permissions, there does not seem to be a request permissions options and none of us on the admin side of the channel seem to be able to see who the channel owner is to grant admin access. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
