Sharing video with whole company in private teams

Hi,

I have a private teams for the knowledge center (via servicenow) and I'd like to upload all relevant knowledge center videos to that teams. However, I want to embed these videos into the knowledge center articles. But I am unable to make the videos public access.. 

When I upload videos, there is no checkmark box to "share video with whole company"

Do I have to recreate a new teams that is available to the whole company and then add in videos to that new teams? Please help. I can't figure out a solution.
