Sharing video content with external partners (e.g. CMU)

Hello,

We are working on a project with CMU leadership. As part of the research, we need to record training sessions or interviews with staff (no patient information)

1. What are the right steps to make this happen (e.g. data governance approval?)

2. Does MS Stream allow for external sharing of content?
