Share Stream video with external users

Did you tried this recently?... because the new way of recording in Teams is by default OneDrive:

I have tested myself and the my recordings goes by default to OneDrive at this date.

Lucian_C Thanks much for passing this on - that is great news! However, I recorded a Teams meeting today and it was saved to Stream but not OneDrive. Maybe the change hasn't been rolled out yet to everyone yet. Will look forward to it happening for us!

Hi Wires001,
Probably in your case was specifically delayed by your company. Because according to this document: Use OneDrive for Business and SharePoint or Stream for meeting recordings the feature started rolling out in January 11, 2021 "unless you've opted-out", but don't worry
Starting March 1, 2021
Enterprise & GCC customers
No new meeting recordings can be saved to Microsoft Stream (Classic); all customers will automatically have meeting recordings saved to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint even if they’ve changed their Teams meeting policies to Stream.So, you'll have it soon 😉
