Removing Unwanted Videos from Containers

At present, there are over 5k containers with videos that I need to transfer from Classic Stream to SharePoint Online; however, i have over hundreds of containers containing over 1k videos. How can I remove unwanted videos from these containers. 

Also, is possible to build custom containers with selected videos'?
