Recording in Microsoft Stream is skipping words on audio

Are the silences seen only in the Stream player on web, or even when downloaded? If it is fully baked into the downloaded video there's nothing you can do about it except to rerecord. If this happens over and over you might consider shutting down other apps on your computer and/or trying a different browser.
