Play at full resolution from started

Hi,

 

We are raring to go with this to use it to show short 'How to' videos for our users.  Unfortunateky, the videos start at low resolution and get better up to 20s into the video.  This is not very good for our purposes as the vidos are short (30s) and need high resolution so the users can see what is happening on th desktop.  Any ideas on how to play at max resolution form the start?

    Hi David,

     

    Based on what I know, there is no settings which would allow the videos to start at high resolution from the begining.

    The resolution would be set to Auto, which then we could change through:

    Settings->Quality

    When watching the Video.
