Not able to create live events

Hi. 

Any help to why im not able to create a live-event within teams. We have upgraded my licencce to Enterprise E3 - so I would assume I would be able to?

Are there anything else that need to be done?

As far as all guides, when you have the permissions then in the calender view you should be able to create live events, however I do not have that button.
