no text box when adding tab for Stream in Teams.

I've seen the text boxes take a few seconds to load but never where it doesn't load at all. 

A few questions...

1) Can you reproduce it all the time or does it only happen randomly?

2) Are you doing this in a browser if so what's the OS and browser you are doing it in where it happens? Or are you using the Teams desktop app?

is this a known issue?
