New Stream layout does not work well with IE11

The default layout for browsing Stream videos changed this week, and I noticed that the view does not work very well in IE11 as opposed to Chrome (as an example).

I have included two screenshots to illustrate the issue. When you click on the three dots in the upper right corner of a video with IE11, the option to share, download, or delete the video does not display properly. When using Chrome, (on the same PC) it works just fine. The PC is running Windows 8.1

Any ideas and/or suggestions?
