My Global Admin account can't access migration tool

Anyone else having an issue with launching the migration tool (I'm doing so as a global admin)? I either get a message about failing a conditional access policy (which, looking at the sign in logs, doesn't appear to be happening) or the tool launches, but says it is not connected to Stream. Clicking the button Connect to Stream just takes me back to the admin page where I can launch the migration tool.

Am trying to get our migration wrapped up, but can't if I can't get to the migration tool. Trying to figure out if this is a "just me" thing or if it's a larger Microsoft thing.

  • Looks like it was a temporary issue on Microsoft's side. It's working today.

      It's not working again. I have 2 clients left to migrate and at first it did what yours did. Now the "Checking connection..." just spins and never even says it can't connect. It's a little frustrating, to say the least!
