I’m sorry you are running into a problem. If this is on Stream (Classic) can you try uploading the video to a SharePoint site, yammer community or teams team and see if our new code for transcripts and VTT files is better?

Or put in a support ticket.

    Your IT team would need to do it for you. I believe only M365 admins can file support tickets. Contact your help desk if you have one?
