Move video's from folder "Migrated stream video's" to another library within the same site

You are supposed to be able to move videos to another location within the same site and the redirects will work. The only exception is supposed to be if your videos were migrated prior to August 15th. However, the roadmap doesn't look like this has been completely rolled out. It was expected by 10/15 and is not moved to the completed group yet.
