Mix to Stream Migration Failures

Update: here is what I have found so far. Any Mixes on pages 2 or 3 (of
3) failed to migrate. This would correspond to any Mixes uploaded prior
to a certain date; however, since Mix only shows "a year ago" I cannot
find an exact date of upload.
