Paul_Edison-Swift - It turns out the roll-back was unnecessary in my case. I deleted the migrated non playing videos in the destination locations and re-migrated. I was fortunate that it was a small migration test so this was not a lot of work. I have been keeping my eye on the Service Health status in the Admin Center anyway. Thanks.
- Paul_Edison-SwiftFeb 26, 2024Brass ContributorThanks so much for your note GFPicologic. Luckily, I did a test run with just IT staff on that fateful day. I was able to get them to delete the corrupted videos and they all play fine after I re-ran the migration. Hoping that everything goes smoothly now with the rest of the users in our org. Thanks again.
