Hi everyone,
The migrations which were carried out last week suffered from an issue due to which the migrated videos are currently not playable. The issue was fixed on Friday (16th Feb) and you should not see this issue occurring for new migrations.
For the impacted migrations where the videos are currently not playable, we are checking internally for a retrospective fix and will share more details very soon.

- KatBedocsFeb 19, 2024Copper ContributorHi! Thanks for this. However the vidoes are not migrating now. Gettign this error: The migration job is not summitted or has not finished uploading the package.
