I contacted support and they are going to restore my videos in Stream Classic so I will try again. You have to fill out a request form. I appreciate all your responses. I migrated a couple of videos in December without issue so I am hopeful that this is temporary. I am planning on migrating about 2000 videos so it would be great to get an acknowledgement from Microsoft and some communications on this problem.
- MollieVelasquezFeb 21, 2024Copper ContributorI placed a support case with Microsoft on 2/19 and got a response fairly quickly. Of course, they asked for screenshots, and fiddler traces, as part of the normal troubleshooting, just to point me back to check Service health for updates on this reported issue. I still have not received any resolution on the corrupted migrated videos, but at least the newly migrated videos are working now. We have over 10k videos to migrate so I'm being cautious and taking a more strategic approach in case there's still an underlying issue no one has discovered yet.
