Live streaming a Teams Meeting

Hi,

 

We have a recurrent Teams meeting that we want to live stream to the public in general.

Is this accomplishable with Streams?

If positive, can anyone point me to guidance on how to setup this?

Any special type of licensing for public broadcast?
