Is there a way to append the migration container entries or scan list entries to add tags?

We have manually uploaded both scan sources with tags and migration destinations with tags to bulk migrate ~500 users. The issue is that uploading csv entries will not show the user display name or UPN due to the MS bug.

There are also existing scans from the same users we uploaded but that were done by the system and those scans do include their upns & display names. I'd like to either add tags to the system scanned entries or find a way to add user names & upns to the csv uploaded entries. .
