Is it possible to create groups under groups in ms stream??
Yes Cian Allner is correct.
You can have a Group with channels under it for organization. Or a companywide channel on it's own.
You can't have groups within groups.
Avinash Parmar - Does the groups with channels under it work for you? Or is there something in your scenario that doesn't cover? What is the use case you are trying to cover?
No, I don't it works that way, with nesting groups or channels. What you can have is a group with as many group channels as needed, as a way of further organization:
A group with three groups channels
