How to play videos to display

We have several displays (Samsung LCD professional or smart TVs) how we can display stream videos to these displays?

    You may need to do this with HDMI cables. Connect the external display with your computer, and then use Win + P to https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/instantanswers/a8471cec-b731-4923-902e-60b9f9f5c4ef/project-to-a-screen

    Microsoft Stream currently don't have any Desktop App available, which I think video streaming should be available with the Desktop App (Or in Store App style).

    Please consider submit this as an idea, to have Microsoft Stream create its own App, then enable Video streaming.
