How do we manage TMR auto-purged (MeetingRecordingExpirationDays: 60) in new Stream(ODSP) w/o E5?

We don't have E5 licenses, I notice that we have this "MeetingRecordingExpirationDays: 60" attribute on Teams Meeting Policy. How do we manage the TMR auto-purged when in new Stream?
