How Do i give permission to access video recording uploaded on MS Stream

Assuming you mean Teams call recording? What's the intended audience? Basically you go to the video in Stream, and click the ... next to it and go to admin mode, then there is a section for permissions, you can add to user/group/all company here.

    Hi, I'm not an admin but I did organize the meeting. ChrisWebbTech 

    I don't see the ... next to the video. I'd like to share the video with a colleague that was not in attendance.

        LaureanoRodriguez  Thanks... that solved the permission issue. 

        Don't understand why Microsoft is hiding the permissions menu and making difficult to figure out.

    If I am not organiser of the meeting and just one of the audience, Can I give permissions to user/group/all company to watch team call recording ?

      Since you would be a Team member and have edit rights you should be able too.
