GotoMeeting recording error

I'm trying to upload a GTM recording that a vendor shared to our Streams channel. I downloaded the video as an MP4 and uploaded it, but when we try to view, we geta message that says:

"Somthing went wrong while playing the video. The video may be missing data or the contactn may have been removed: Error code 0x20200194."

The video on GTM has sharing turned on. Any idea how to fix this?

    jborkovich also can you make sure your video is published and that another owner hasn't deleted it accidentally? 404s can occur when content is being replaced or deleted.
