MicrosoftGaining Admin rights for Stream Video
How can I get admin access to a Stream recording which was started by a team member who is no longer part of the company? I am trying to share the video with other members of my company who were not in the original attendee list and therefore do not have viewing access to the recording.

AvPai You have to be a global tenant admin or a Microsoft Stream admin and than you can use the admin mode switch to view all videos in your tenant and to change permissions. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/manage-content-permissions
