Find and Replace in Transcript

Our client's company name is a creative spelling of a common word. Of course, the company name is said quite a bit in their custom videos, so it's "misspelled" in the transcript.

Finding and changing all of the instances in an hour long video is problematic. 

Is there a way we can do a video-wide find and replace, or even better yet a channel or company-wide find and replace in stream transcripts?
