ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS when trying to open Stream?

I'm trying to access Stream, but keep getting the error code: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I've attached a screenshot - and have cleared my Chrome cache and cookies, with no success. All other Office 36...

I've also been running into this with Edge Chromium. InPrivate mode doesn't work. Ironically, it works in Internet Explorer.
