Enter a valid user error on MS Stream
Greetings, We have two office 365 Tenants: A and B. The MS Stream channel was created on A as company wide. However users on tenant B can not be invited. If I try to invite I get the infamous please...

Users outside your organisation and guests cannot see your videos at the current time. That is a limitation of stream
That functionality is arriving in Q4 CY2020 in other words winter. you can see the roadmap item on the Microsoft 365 roadmap just search for Stream Anonymous
