MicrosoftLuisa_Kenny_Q726309 - We don't have a way to edit the middle of the video. Our trim support only allows trimming the beginning or end of a video.
If you want further editing you'll have to download the video, edit it in some local editor, and the re-upload the video. You could use replace to re-upload and keep it in the same place. https://docs.microsoft.com/stream/portal-replace-video
