Deploy ''MS Stream'' in an insulated way

Hi

We have an O365 migration planning but we would like to deploy first just MS Stream in an insulated way. It means that user only will be able to access Stream and don't go to other O365's tools. Is it possible?

Does it exist any way to unenable the top left menu (squares) to connect with the rest of O365's Package?
