'Create Group' not available
Expecting menu pick 'Create Group' (as shown in the 'Organizing Videos with Groups and Channels' video) but is not on the menu. Is this an issue/defect or has it been intentionally de-activated within my company?

- I know at my company, I don't have permissions to create groups and that option disappeared earlier this summer. Previously, it let me complete the dialog box to create a group before failing. Do you know if you have permissions to create group?
