MicrosoftDoes your organization already have Office 365? Stream is included in the enterprise and education licenses. Or are you trying to sign up for a free trial of Stream?
Send me a private message with some screen shots of what you are doing and maybe I can see something in there that's an issue? I'm guessing you don't have a way to file a support ticket?
