Can't upload

We have upped our storage space, but are still getting a message: "You can't upload this video because your tenant's storage quote has been exceeded". The video is only 3GB. 

Any ideas how to fix this?

Also wondering if there is a maximum file size, and/or recc's on how to prepare HD files for upload. Can stream handle ProRes files, or do they need to be more compressed, in something like H264?
