Can't get a Teams recording uploaded to Stream. Uploading stuck at 0%
Had a meeting this morning 2nd July 2020 and recorded the meeting in Teams. At the end of the meeting the recording was auto uploaded in Steam and has been stuck at 0% uploading since last 8 hours. No issues with my Internet.
Client ID for your reference, kindly help retrieve the meeting recording

Any help would be highly appreciated.

srideviaWait over night! If the video is not uploaded, send Microsoft a bug report over the Stream web Client (the smily on top right and then "File a bug"). I hope you get your recording!
