Can't Find any of my recordings

Hi, I've just tried accessing my recordings and can't seem to play any.  this is the error code Error code 0x20200194 and the screenshot is shown below. Kindly advice.

    I can't get to Stream at all now. All files are going to OneDrive which is rudimentary. When is new Stream going to be operational?
