Can I get a notification when the transcripts are available?

I get a notification almost immediately after the meeting that my recording is ready, but when I set the language to English so the transcripts can be created, I do not get any type of notification. IS this a setting that exists? Or can I create a flow to at least download the transcripts and email me when they are available?
