Any transition happening?
Don't know if there was any news this week but this was the last I saw, from https://stream.microsoft.com/en-gb/documentation/stream-migrate-from-o365/, in case you haven't seen it already:

We still don't have specific dates yet. We are working as fast as we can on writing the transition code to move everything from O365 Video to Stream. We are hoping that in the next 3-6 months the first customers would start seeing the button to click to opt-in and move their videos and channels.

In the coming month or so we may have enough code ready to initiate a background transition (without any UI). Once we are ready with that we may be asking for some of you to volunteer who are eager to move your content into Stream sooner rather than later.
