2 uploaded videos giving error: Something is wrong with this video

Hello,

        We've been uploading videos to Stream for just over a week with no issues, but two videos today are giving us an error, "Something is wrong with this video".  Neither stand out as different from the others we've done, they're both mp4's.  One is 1.1gigs and the other is 483mb.  We're tried reuploading 3 times.  Any ideas to resolve this?  Thank you.
