<filename> failed to upload

Hello,

I can't upload any video of any size. The upload 'circle' goes round and then eventually fails.

After few seconds an error appears: "<filename> failed to upload. Please delete and try again later."

 

I excluded my PC from our firewall and proxy but  the problem persists.
