We are actively optimizing infrastructure costs and scaling responsibly, including reviewing inference utilization, deployment efficiency, and model routing strategies across our Azure AI workloads.
Our goal is to continue building long term on Azure while maintaining a stable production and development environment during this growth phase.
If anyone from the Microsoft for Startups or Azure AI ecosystem has recommendations regarding sponsorship escalation paths, Level Up reviews, or best practices for scaling AI workloads within the startup program, I would greatly appreciate the guidance.
